By booking or receiving services from Glow-N-Go Auto Spa (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Glow-N-Go Auto Spa provides professional mobile automotive detailing and related services. All services are performed according to the selected package and outlined service scope. Any additional services must be approved by the Client prior to completion and may result in additional charges.
2. Appointments & Scheduling

All services are provided by appointment only.

Appointment times are estimated service windows, not guaranteed start times.

Glow-N-Go Auto Spa reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, vehicle condition, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure appointments, especially for premium, ceramic, or extended services.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment with proper notice.

Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit payment may result in service refusal or collection action.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a charge of up to the full service amount.

Membership visits missed without proper notice are forfeited and do not roll over.
5. Vehicle Condition & Liability
Glow-N-Go Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Scratches, dents, paint defects, or failing clear coat

Interior wear, stains, odors, or fragile trim

Electrical issues, aftermarket modifications, or mechanical failures
Clients must disclose known issues prior to service. Photos may be taken before and after service for documentation purposes.
6. Service Limitations

Services are performed to the best of professional ability; however, complete removal of stains, scratches, odors, or defects is not guaranteed.

Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, biohazards, or neglect may require additional fees or service modification.

Technicians are not authorized to perform services outside the selected package without approval.
7. Access & Readiness
Clients are responsible for ensuring:

Vehicle accessibility at the scheduled time
-
Removal of personal belongings
-
Keys provided if required
Delays caused by access issues may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
8. Satisfaction & Quality Assurance
Clients are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon completion. Any concerns must be communicated before the technician leaves or within the same day. Refunds are not guaranteed; however, reasonable efforts will be made to address valid service-related concerns.
9. Personal Belongings
Glow-N-Go Auto Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
10. Membership Terms

Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

Unused visits do not roll over.

Memberships may be paused or canceled with 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Glow-N-Go Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

Unsafe working conditions

Misrepresentation of vehicle condition

Inappropriate or aggressive behavior
-
Non-payment or repeated policy violations
12. Limitation of Liability
Glow-N-Go Auto Spa’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will apply to all services rendered.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
