Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 16, 2026.

Glow-N-Go Auto Spa is committed to delivering high-quality, professional detailing services. Due to the nature of our work and the time, labor, and materials involved, the following Refund Policy applies to all services and memberships.

No Cash or Card Refunds

Glow-N-Go Auto Spa does not offer cash, card, or digital refunds once a service has been performed.

All services are final.

Service Quality Concerns

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you have a concern regarding the quality of service:

Concerns must be reported the same day the service is completed
The vehicle must be inspected before the technician leaves the service location
We will make a reasonable effort to address and correct service-related issues when notified promptly

Failure to report concerns within the required timeframe constitutes acceptance of the completed service.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice is given, subject to availability

Membership Payments

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun
Missed or unused visits do not qualify for refunds or credits
Memberships canceled mid-cycle remain active until the end of the paid billing period

Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations or no-shows do not qualify for refunds
Fees charged for missed appointments are non-refundable

Incomplete or Modified Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

Services shortened due to vehicle access issues
Services modified due to undisclosed vehicle conditions
Situations involving unsafe working conditions or weather-related delays

Pre-Existing Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for results affected by:

Pre-existing paint damage, oxidation, or failing clear coat
Interior stains, odors, or wear that cannot be fully corrected
Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing services

Discretionary Credits

At Glow-N-Go Auto Spa’s sole discretion, a service credit may be issued in place of a refund for verified service concerns. Credits have no cash value and must be used within the designated timeframe.

Policy Enforcement

This Refund Policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness, consistency, and operational sustainability.

Acknowledgment

By booking or receiving services from Glow-N-Go Auto Spa, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
